Spa for Sale in Jumeirah, Dubai

Jumeirah is one of Dubai’s longest-established addresses: a coastline of well-known beach resorts backed by low-rise villa communities stretching from Jumeirah 1 to Umm Suqeim. A spa for sale in Jumeirah usually comes with something newer districts cannot offer — years of loyal clients, many of them local families who have used the same spa for a long time.

A community-led spa market

Beyond the resort guests, Jumeirah’s spas and premium salons serve Emirati and expatriate families who live nearby. Ladies-only services, bridal and occasion packages and regular appointments are an important part of the trade, and word of mouth carries more weight than online advertising. Resort spas on the coast add tourist demand through the winter season.

Because many of these businesses are mature, the question for a buyer is less “will it grow?” and more “will the clients stay after the sale?” — which makes the handover of the team and client relationships central to the deal.

Buying a Jumeirah spa: key questions

• Client retention. Ask how many clients visited more than a few times in the last year and how bookings are made.
• Key staff. Long-serving therapists often hold the relationships; agree their transfer before completion.
• Ladies-only and family services. Confirm that licence activities match the services offered.
• Lease renewals. Older agreements may renew on different terms; check the landlord’s or hotel’s position.

Iceberg in Jumeirah

We handle both resort spas and premium community spas and salons in Jumeirah. Listings show verified turnover and lease details but never the business name. Sellers can be confident that clients and staff will not learn of the sale from an advertisement.
